2. Client-Side Browser Processing (Zero Cloud Retention)

Unlike traditional file conversion websites that upload your confidential documents to third-party cloud servers, the overwhelming majority of JogiTools utilities execute entirely inside your browser sandbox using modern web standards such as WebAssembly (Wasm), HTML5 Canvas, and Web Cryptography APIs.

• PDF Tools (e.g., Merge PDF, Split PDF, Rotate PDF, Delete Pages, Protect PDF) manipulate the binary PDF document stream locally in device memory.
• Image Utilities (e.g., Compress Image, Image Resizer, Image to WebP/PNG converter, Passport Photo Maker) use your browser's local hardware rendering engine.
• Document & Text Tools (e.g., Word Counter, Case Converter, JSON Formatter, Base64 Encoder) execute pure JavaScript in your local runtime.
• Financial & Engineering Calculators (e.g., GST Calculator, EMI Calculator, SIP Calculator, Concrete Mix Design) run pure mathematical algorithms locally.

Because processing occurs on your physical computer or phone, JogiTools servers never receive, transmit, or inspect these files.

3. Server-Side Processing & Automated Deletion Policy

Certain advanced conversions (such as high-fidelity PDF-to-Word extraction or asynchronous bulk batch queues) require temporary server-side computational workers. When you explicitly trigger a server-side action:

• Transfers are encrypted end-to-end via TLS 1.3 encryption (HTTPS).
• Files are processed within isolated, sandboxed containers with restricted outbound network privileges.
• Strict Auto-Purge: Files and generated outputs are permanently purged from server memory and scratch storage immediately after download, and never retained longer than 24 hours under any circumstance.
• We do not create backups, mirrors, or persistent records of your uploaded documents.

For registered users or voluntary tip contributions ("Buy Us a Chai"), we collect only basic contact information (name, email address). Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard salted hashing (bcrypt).
